Molding department of the Inner Mongolia Zhongtian Hongyuan Remanufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 2008. It is an equipment manufacturing department dedicated to solid production, smelting, casting and heat treatment. The main products of the molding department are three categories: carbon steel, alloy steel and wear resistant steel. It has the casting ability of casting a single piece of weight up to 3 tons. Casting is made of resin sand and self hardening sand molding with static casting and non adhesive casting lost foam. In the field of lost foam casting (EPC), the advanced technologies such as dual material composite casting, firing first and pouring later and vibrating pouring were introduced. Products are widely used in mines, steel, construction machinery, wind power, railways, chemical industry and other industries.
