Introduction:

Molding department of the Inner Mongolia Zhongtian Hongyuan Remanufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 2008. It is an equipment manufacturing department dedicated to solid production, smelting, casting and heat treatment.
The main products of the molding department are three categories: carbon steel, alloy steel and wear resistant steel. It has the casting ability of casting a single piece of weight up to 3 tons. Casting is made of resin sand and self hardening sand molding with static casting and non adhesive casting lost foam. In the field of lost foam casting (EPC), the advanced technologies such as dual material composite casting, firing first and pouring later and vibrating pouring were introduced. Products are widely used in mines, steel, construction machinery, wind power, railways, chemical industry and other industries.
Molding department is an important production link of Zhongtian Hongyuan's "superior technology anti-wear and antifriction industrialization" chain.Through cooperation with Shenyang Institute of Metals, Chinese Academy of Sciences、Tsinghua University, Baotou Materials Research Institute of Shanghai Jiaotong University and the Institute of Materials and Metallurgy, Inner Mongolia University of Science & Technology, the department has established a high-quality R&D, production and sales team.After many years of development, the department has developed mature manufacturing processes and perfect production testing equipment. The annual output of steel castings reaches 20 thousand tons.It is a member of the perennial cooperative supply network of Baogang Group、Inner Mongolia North Heavy Industries Group Co.,ltd、Inner Mongolia First Machinery Group Corporation、Creat Group Corporation and other enterprises.
At the beginning of 2010, the Department established the "2008 edition document quality management system" based on GB /T19001-2008 idt ISO 9001:2008 standard, and passed the product certification audit. Consistently maintain the continuity and effectiveness of the quality management system.
