The industrialized base under construction covers an area of 80 mu, with a total planned investment of 260 million yuan. It applies key mechanical components (rollers, guide rollers, liners, guides, bearings, gears, teeth, scrapers, etc.) in the equipment manufacturing industry. Remanufacturing, using advanced surface modification technology such as rare earth high energy ion implantation technology, surfacing welding, plasma spray welding, magnetron sputtering, ion plating, etc., to improve the surface hardness, wear resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance of the product. Extend the service life by more than 3 times.
